Job summary:

The operation manager is responsible of providing efficient and effective management to the operation of the company in co ordinance of high quality transaction processing of customer requests and ensure continuous over exceeding customer satisfaction.

List of responsibilities and duties:
Develop, establish and review the appropriate policies and procedures and the work flow of the operation activities and system.
Participate in developing the business plan and company strategy as a part of the company`s management.
Manage the operation of the company in terms of all life cycle of customer transaction from submission to its successful endings.
Plan the work in the department and ensure tasks distribution for optimal usage of resources and optimal outcomes
Develop, maintain and achieve all operation KPIs in terms of customer service, time, quality and customer satisfaction criteria
Initiate continuous initiations to ensure continuous improvement in the department
Assist in developing operation budget in conjunction with the company business plan and strategy
Coordinate with other departments on daily operations and its development
Handle all communication with the finance department as per the policies and procedures of the company in terms of clients’ balances, deliveries and invoicing.
Build up and maintain good relation with different governmental agencies and invest such relation to the good well of the company
Manage the operation team and provide strong leadership in the department
Ensures all input and output through the operation meets the required criteria
Ensures all documents needed are updated and are collected before submission
Responsible of updating all policies and procedures in relation to the government bodies updated laws and requirement
Allocate effective and efficient customer relation management in terms of handling and managing all their related affairs and activities as required and accepted by the company
Orient, train and lead all subordinate and ensure efficient and effective performance

Skills and Abilities:

Requires high managerial and leadership skills
Requires good planning skills and strategic thinking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to deal with complicated situation
Customer oriented
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with the public, other employees and elected officials.
Should be fluent in Arabic and English


Requires thorough knowledge of business processing, operation management and quality management concepts
In addition, literacy in common computer applications are also required.


Six years of relevant experience in operation management and similar functions.

Education and Qualification:  

A graduate degree in Business, Management or related area, Masters Degree is a bonus for this Job.
