Job Description

The Recruitment Manager will be charged with the responsibility of all recruitment requirements for the business operations. He will develop and lead targeted talent management strategies across the business.

Key responsibilities:
– To manage the recruitment assignments
– Liaise and negotiate with third-party suppliers and offshore agencies for best terms and supplier agreements
– Develop systems and processes to streamline the recruitment pipeline
– Ensuring all vacancies are filled within required time frames with the best people
– To consult and manage relationships with Operational Managers and other Divisional Heads
– To recruit to a rolling recruitment plan to ensure recruitment needs are met
– To ensure that the recruitment process is in right flow

Skills

Key criteria
• Proven ability in stakeholder management
• Demonstrable abilities in guiding, developing and motivating people
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets
• Fluency in English language written and verbal; additional languages is a distinct advantage

Experience
– Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, specifically within Recruitment, Talent Management
– Has worked in the Middle East within a large services, facilities, production

Education

Degree in Human Resources Manager & Organisational Development
